Innovation Technology and Research Campus Kenya Limited (ITARC) is the newest most significant company in the Longonot, Naivasha area. The company was registered in 2017, It’s aim is to deliver and develop commercial and residential real estate as well as provide healthcare services in the county.
At Itarc we are passionate about delivering much needed services and opportunities in rural Kenya. We believe that we build better communities by improving the health in rural communities and creating investment opportunities. At Itarc we have began to fill the gap by building a medical clinic to provide for the healthcare needs of the town. The medical clinic officially opened its doors in Oct 2019. We have also started pre selling on residential condos for which construction begins in January 2020.
Established in 2017 by Kenyan Diaspora scholars and professionals, Itarc has built a business that Incorporates healthcare and real estate by the sustainable use of land, and by Innovative building and construction methods.

Serves as the Educational Director and Secretary for ITARC Kenya. She is also the CEO of the non-profit ITARCfoundation.org. She has over 20 years experience in the educational field, is a member of CAESPA professional association, and was honored with the distinguished educator award for her contributions to the field of education and conflict resolution management at the Clark County School District, Las Vegas Nevada
Dr. Kathanga-Clayman has a doctorate in Educational Leadership and conflict resolution from Nova South Eastern University and is an administrator for the Clark County School District.
He Serves as ITARC-Kenya CEO and Executive Director. He received his BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and Iowa State University. He worked for the North Carolina Department of Transportation for 29 years and in the last 11 years of his tenure, was the State Geotechnical Engineer responsible for supervising 150 engineers and scientists who designed over 250miles of roadways and 150 bridges with the construction value of 1 billion dollars.
He also chaired the Soil Mechanics section of US National Academies of Sciences (NAS) from 2007 to 2013. After his retirement from NCDOT, he joined Geosync consultants in 2013 where he directed the reconstruction of 400 miles of failed pavements in Ecuador, South America.

Dr. Noah Wangai
Treasurer and Director of Finance
Serves as the director for Infrastructure Development and Planning For ITARC Kenya. He is an advocate for project planning and development as a result of having planned numerous designs and projects. He has handled mega construction projects from the ground up to delivery and has been honored with the business entrepreneur award.
Sam Ng’ang’a received a Diploma in Building and Civil Work and attended Appalachian technical College for Autocad and later joined California State University for Construction Project Management.
Is a certified public accountant (CPAC) with 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. He has a Masters of Divinity from South Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Pastoral care from Graduate Theological Foundation in Indiana.
He has served as the National treasurer of the baptist convention in Kenya and as a hospital chaplain and addiction counselor. He is a staunch believer in community and serves as the treasurer for ITARC Kenya.
